Rex Integrisys

We are proud and pleased to tell you today that Integrisys is merging with REX Electric & Technologies, LLC, a leading electrical contractor and technology services provider.  Our merger with REX will enable us to provide you with the full spectrum of electrical services in addition to the high-end commercial and residential audio/visual services you have come to expect and rely on from Integrisys.  What’s more, with the added resouces of REX’s over 400 employees, Integrisys will be able to provide solutions at a scale many times that of what we provide today.  That means being able to provide larger systems, shorter timeframes, and enhaced support that will come with being among Chicago’s largest full-service electrical and complete technology solutions providers.

REX’s Chairman and CEO, Dominic M. Sergi, is well-known in the industry and the company has long stood behind its superior craftsmanship and focus on excellent client service.  REX has been family owned and operated since 1921, and we are very proud to join their team.

Our Integrisys team has worked with REX on a variety of projects over the past several years and we recognized early on that we have a natural affinity with them.   REX is known for their quality, their excellent safety record and their ability to help their clients achieve their goals -- all of which have been core values of Integrisys.

REX has been recognized as a leader in providing innovative solutions for their clients, and we hope they will have the opportunity to serve some of your needs.  We invite you to review the REX web site, www.rexelectric.com, which highlights some of their notable client accomplishments.

Our transition to the Rex team will be a seamless one.   The people you know and work with at Integrisys will all be making the transition – and we’ll still be reachable at our current telephone numbers and email addresses.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact any of us personally.  Our overarching goal is to be sure that you receive the highest quality of service and outstanding workmanship on every project.  We are proud of our experienced professionals both in the field and the office and we thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

FAQs

Why are you making this change?

We’re excited to be joining forces with Rex Electric and Technologies, Chicago’s premiere Electrical and Technology contracting firm.  With the power of Rex’s rich history and nearly 500 employees behind us, we’re now among Chicago’slargest Technology Integration firms.

Is Integrisys going away?

No, the Integrisys name and brand will be staying, and will now be a division of Rex Electric and Technologies LLC.  We’re staying put in Chicago and look forward to growing exponentially as part of this transition.

Are the Integrisys employees that work on my project/support going away?

One of the things that has made us so successful over the past 9 years are the people that make Integrisys run every day.  Their attention to detail and client satisfaction has been a hallmark of our company from day one and it was important to us that that not change.  Integrisys employees will continue to be there working on your projects, supporting your systems and answering the phone when you call.

Will my project still continue?

Yes, nothing will change with your project – all timelines, equipment and work will continue being perfomed as usual.

Is my contract for my project void now?  Do I need to sign a new one?

No, Integrisys Group LLC, who your contract is with, continues to exist.  Nothing will change.

Is Integrisys moving?

Yes, as part of this transition Integrisys is excited to be expanding its capabilities for more and larger projects.  We’re in the final stages of building out a state-of-the art Project Delivery Center in the 25,000 square-foot Rex facility just outside Chicago in Addison, IL.  This new Project Delivery Center will allow us ample space to setup, test and quality control each project before it ships to your location.  The added space will allow us to handle larger and more concurrent projects and enhanced warehousing and logistics support to afford even greater efficiency.
Our front office, sales, engineering, support and technology groups will be based at 200 West Monroe in the heart of the Chicago loop.  We’ll be even closer to many of the clients, architects, contractors and designers that we work with every day.

What about my 24-hour support contract?  Will that change?

Integrisys prides itself on its steadfast support for its clients years after their systems are installed.  Our support offering will remain unchanged for the time being, and will likely be enhanced in the near future.

Will my warranty still be honored?

Yes.  All warranties granted will remain in full effect.

Who do I contact if I have additional questions?

Integrisys Principals Brad Weintraub, George Velazquez and Eric Wolfram will be happy to answer and additional questions you may have – feel free to call the Integrisys main number (312) 432-9800 and ask for one of them.  Members of the press should direct their questions to our PR representative, David Brimm of BrimmComm, Inc., at (847) 444-1198.
